It has been a challenging journey to carry on a visa application process during the COVID-19 pandemic. The assistance and professionalism of Tekhmeed Ejaz during this process was exceptional. I retained UK Immigration Experts as my immigration consultants in 2017. They have been efficient in every aspect of my case and effective with a very positive outcome for me and my family. I again retained their services in 2019 in order to procure the extension of my visa in 2020. Tekhmeed, a very promising young talent at UK Immigration Experts, led our judicial review against the home office's unjustified refusal to grant a relative a tourist visa. He was diligent in ensuring that we would not incur unnecessary costs whilst taking into account our specific requirements. He took our comments on board and crafted them into sound legal arguments which led to settlement prior to court action.
He went beyond what was expected by getting a better cost order than we expected and contacting the relevant consulate to ensure a swift processing of the visa even after the judicial review was successful.

The visa process is in the UK can be very daunting and the team at UK Immigration Experts were very supportive throughout. I found them through a random search online but from the first conversation, their approach seemed very professional and thorough. From the list of documents to the drafting of the representations, my conversion from a tier iv to a a visa as spouse of EU citizen was made possible by Yasmeen and her team. They were quick to respond to all my queries and kept me calm as I waited six months for the decision. As a lawyer myself, I was very confident once I read the team's draft in the application that engaging solicitors and espcially Yasmeen and team was the best decision I made. I also recommended them to friends and they have also had excellent counsel on a slightly complicated appeal matter.
I would highly recommend UK Immigration Experts to anyone looking for advice on immigration queries. Even their rates were very competitive, not cheap but then if you are looking for good solicitors who do the job well and know the law, saving a few bucks will probably not be the ideal thing to do.

IMMIGRATION DEADLINES – WARNING
The UK Home Office and the UKVI Immigration Rules set strict deadlines. Your legal rights will become irreversibly time-barred if you fail to act on time. Therefore, you should seek specific legal advice about your Visa or right to remain or appeal at the earliest opportunity so that you understand the time you have left. Delay in taking action can be fatal. For example, if you have a refusal letter from the Home Office please note the deadlines stated therein – they are often very short deadlines (e.g. 14 days). Importantly, these deadlines run from the date of the letter so you may have less than 10 days to take action. Late appeals can lead to you being forced to make an out of country Visa application and can also affect the prospects of success. Get in touch if you need our assistance.
